the Hotel is very nice but too far from the city or city centre

the staff are so nice and friendly rooms are beautiful and big enough

the reception has given one room 2 Hours later than usual check in time and it took long time to convince them, that we have booked 3 rooms, not 2 rooms!

The whole family loved this place from the moment we walked in to the resort

Every staff member that we encountered was very friendly and helpful

My phone wasn’t working after the first night, but I accidentally left “ Do Not Disturb “ light on, so wasn’t able to get fixed. The waiting room in boat lagoon pier if could be upgraded to a more comfortable and relaxing setting would be even better

Calm vacation in a beautiful garden

Great accomodation for those who would like some quiet! The resort is on a small island, beautiful nature everywhere!!! We saw countless little crabs, birds and small lizards. The walk to the room through the garden was also beautiful. We loved our accomodation in the bamboo area, we had a room with access to pool (amazing pool, always very clean and calm). The breakfast was also very good (both asian and western food). The staff was always smiling and helpful!

Just like other comments mentioned, the beach is not the best. It has a lot of shade which is amazing(!) but the waves are pretty strong. But to be fair,it is totally fine, since our pool was amazing. The restaurants are okay, not the best food you will eat in Thailand,but nothing to complain about. As the resort is kinda big, for those who have restricted mobility it might be a hustle to walk to the room, but you can get a buggy (we always got lucky and could get a buggy when needed).

Peaceful island getaway

The most peaceful resort I have ever stayed in!! Our room was the furthest possible room, but there were buggies to drive us up to the room when we needed, and the walk was so peaceful through the jungle that we mostly didn’t mind walking (even in all the heat and humidity!) It’s important to know that this is a separate island from Phuket, you must understand what that means (accessibility, water services, remote, etc) there is a small town on the island which you can walk to for more restaurants but we only stayed in the resort as we found the food options expansive and delicious! I loved all the various pools and spots to chill and relax. My favourite pool was the splash pool which was tranquil and so peaceful! The resort has many places to explore. We loved the sunrise hut, highly recommend making the effort to wake up early and go see an ocean sunrise We are definitely coming back! Absolutely loved it. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There are some day trips you can do from the island also (to other islands or to other activities) We were worried we would get bored so only booked a short trip. The island is so peaceful I wish we stayed a week! 100/100! Amazing spot

Very Good

Incredible views and very calm and peaceful resort. Infinity swimming pool with amazing views and pool bar offers good food and drinks (but note they do not serve alcoholic drinks at this hotel)

- The service in the restaurant is very slow. They prioritise room service instead of having fast service in the main restaurant, which doesn’t really make sense. - The spa is open plan and doesn’t have proper dividers or private rooms for privacy.

Very nice stay and overall was very happy.

the poolside accommodation was great.

We had all inclusive, but found the service was not very good. We often had to get up from our table and ask for service, especially for drinks and such. Got the feeling that other cash paying customers got preference over us!

Good stay on coconut island

Pool access villa was lovely, water was very warm. Breakfast had a good selection

Food and drink was good, bit of confusion with the all inclusive package. Wasn’t very clear as to what you could have and when, we were told different things by a few staff members leading to almost being double charged for lunch. Would be more simple if the whole facility was all inclusive only.

Perfect getaway

The privacy. Truly the escape from the hectic mainland. The Island Escape team has surprised us upon arrival with a complimentary room upgrade to 3-bedroom pool villa. we totally had a great time spent with family like never before. You have given us a memorable stay and experience. The view is gorgeous. The pool is spacious. activities like paddle board has given us the next level of joy. Anyway beach is quite dirty that day as the local community has let out the waste into the sea which is not so appropriate. Hope that can be improved later on. The service from the staffs are superb! You can have anything by just clicking on the in-room tablet - work as a phone, a remote and everything! You will also have a night manager whom you can call anytime should you need anything. Overall, very impressive. Just that there are few things that can make it better.

As it is an island, the access to food and other snacks could be limited as we also dont bother to go on a boat back to mainland. The price is ok... hotel price I can understand. But the portion, a little too small. We total of 5 guests, ordered 6 menus but still feel hungry an hour later. The choice of meal kept us anxious a bit. Recommend to take some of snacks, dried foods over in your luggage or else you can feel upset when u back weary from swimming and couldn’t find some delicious things to devour. Breakfast menu still has a room to improve in both variety and taste. To be honest, everything was perfect - the experience, the ambience, the atmosphere. What is left to fulfill is the happiness in eating. We didn’t enjoy the taste of brekkie and choice that much. So it just feels like eat just to stay full and have energy to play. Things in room get broken quite a lot. Like the fridge, the power socket. Need the maintenance. Overall, it is understandable that it is operating under Covid-19 situation and there is a need to keep tight on the cost as much as possible. Thank you for a great stay anyway.

Great stay with LOVELY VILLA HOST :)

When we arrived there were only us on the island. K.Alice, our Villa Host, was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff put in their extra efforts to make sure our stay was pleasant. The facilities and activities were fantastic. The food was beyond our expectation.

As the villa was surrounded by trees and all, it's very common that insects would easily sneaked in when we opened our porch door. One thing that woke me up during the night was the noise of a small lizard that sneaked into our room. Apart from that, there's nothing to dislike.

Great location but still in soft opening phase

Everything is new and location is great for hide-away. It is a awesome place with short distance from Phuket main island.

The resort is not completely done yet and not many activities are available.

A wonderful stay at Coconut Island

I am a beach person, so this resort was just an idea place for me. I loved strolling down by the beach everyday and did my little jogging. I was so in touch with the nature and hearing the sound of the waves was just lovely. I sure will come back and take my girlfriend me next time as I know this will be his kind or place, the villa itself and the beach. We are both beach jogging maniac.

Excellent service and Luxury experience

One of the most impressive trips in Phuket I have to say. I didn’t expect that this newly opened resort with a local brand, can have such a high level of service standards. The quality of food and the presentation was amazing. I stayed in a private villa with my family, it was so beautiful, how the chef prepared our food and how it was presented. We didn’t expect we will get a room upgrade to 2 bedroom beach front, when we only booked a one bedroom villa. My little daughter also enjoyed using the pool in our villa. We didn’t have to go anywhere. It was like a home here. Thank you Island Escape staff who made us felt like home away from home.
